This week, several of the members of the Visi-Trak team will be attending the 2017 NADCA Plant Management Conference that is being held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from May 3rd until May 5th.
Arick Kaschalk will be presenting several of the many benefits that some of our customers have gained by upgrading their die casting machines to Visi-Trak’s Sure-Trak2™ Shot Control System with Olmsted SV Series Cartridge Valve and Visi-Trak® Sensor. One of the machines that was upgraded was originally installed at our customer’s plant in 1994 (almost 20 years ago!). By implementing the Sure-Trak2 Shot Control System, our customer was able to dramatically improve the performance of their machine, plus they saw the following results:
- 20% Increase in Machine Utilization
- 8 Month ROI
- Increased Machine Uptime
- Improved Efficiency and Good Parts Produced per Hour
- Less Maintenance Time on the Die Cast Machine
- Improved Part Quality
- No Hydraulic Leaks and no components needed to be replaced a year later.
Arick will be joined by the Plant Manager of Aavid Allcast, John Cleary. John has 35 years of experience in the die casting industry. His plant experienced a great return on investment by implementing Visi-Trak’s systems and he will be highlighting some of the additional benefits his plant experienced during the upcoming conference as well.
The conference will conclude with a plant tour of Mercury Marine in the afternoon on Thursday May 4th. If you are one of the lucky attendees that will be touring their plant, be on the lookout for the Visi-Trak systems on their die cast machines so you can see our systems in action!
